Devium 2023 French Creek Red Wine – Mourvèdre, Syrah & Grenache Blanc, Yakima Valley

From Walla Walla winemaker Keith Johnson, the 2023 French Creek Red blends 51% Mourvèdre, 39% Syrah and 10% Grenache Blanc from French Creek Vineyard in the Yakima Valley. The grapes are fermented whole cluster and foot-tread, and the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal SO2. It's a bright, food-friendly red for roast chicken, mustardy greens and fresh bread.
