Our California olive oil is sourced from olive oils around the world such as Italian olive oil & Greek olive oil, and bottled locally. It retains its grassy green hue from its source - a blend of early harvest Arbequina and Arbosana olives. The olives are picked and pressed when they are green to ensure a richer, fruitier tasting olive oil. Delicious with foods from Italy, such as pasta, homemade pizza, or even Greek food.
BALSAMIC VINEGAR
