It is a Panettone filled with white chocolate, combined with a sac à poche of our artisanal pistachio cream. It has a double leavening of more than 48 hours, and an extremely soft structure with and a delicious taste.
It has no preservatives, semi-finished products, flavourings, vegetable fats. It is 100% artisanal and therefore made entirely by hand, with passion, since 1882.
